You will have to show the results of this task through preparing differents graphs included in a keynote. Then, you'll have to come to some conclusions. Depending on the results, you can propose different strategies to raise awareness towards the topic. 

Two of you will ask 15 of your classmates from 4th ESO whereas the other will ask 10 students of 1st BAT and 10 students of 3rd ESO students.

Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to try to get to know what life was like under his regime.

How are you going to find it out? Through interviewing one of your grandparents. They might have been old enough to have memories towards it.

You will team up in groups of two and you'll have to interview him/her.

How are you going to show what you have learnt?

You will have to use the platform GENIALLY to create a presentation using the following layout. Your presentation must include the following information: 

• Character introduction: it should include a short description with his/ her full name, year and place of birth, how old she/he was when Franco was in power and job. It should include a picture of the interviewee.

• Timeline: this part should display the most important events of his/her life in simple sentences. You should include 4 facts about the life of this person. We suggest you to use the scaffolding you'll find in the presentation to guide yourself.

• What was living under a dictatorial regime like? How does a dictatorship affect those who live under it? In this section, you'll have to include 3 aspects this person remembers about living under a dictatorial regime. These might relate to social relationships, education, gener equality, labour, political and labour rights, freedom of press and censorship, etc.

• Conclusion: you have to summarize the main aspects of the interview in 5 ideas.

• Quote: you have to choose one sentence from the interview that conveys an important message related to the importance of standing up for democracy and its values .
