The opening ceremony was full of vibrant colour showing Brazil’s Cultural background and history. The show had shown everyone Brazil’s history and how it Brazil was made to be the country we see today. The show featured the point in time when the Europeans came, sailing the seas they found Brazil, destroying their forests . The opening ceremony in Rio was beautiful and unique, with lots of fireworks and spectators.

The opening ceremony in Rio is a ceremony that only happens once every four years, all in different places. This happened at 8PM Brazil time. In the ceremony, there were athletes from all around the world, gathered in one place. Representing their country with all their flags, dresses and dance moves to show off what they’re capable of.
X: 
An example of this is China. They were dressed up in their traditional clothing in the Olympic ceremony while dancing. Every country has this in common, all wearing their traditional and cultural clothes in the Olympic ceremony. This is diversity.
Y:
 In my opinion, this  was a great opening ceremony. With all the spectators and the athletes, just waiting to either watch or compete.

All the countries flags were high in the sky as the counties national anthem was playing on the loud speakers. There were huge explosions of 
fireworks in the sky as every everything else was going on. This event will be a memorable time and it shall last for centuries

The rio opening ceremony was probably the best moment out of the rio olympics in my opinion because people came out wearing their traditional clothes and music and it was fantastic it was loud vibrant and amazing
