2) the family, project team, owner and staff’s views were more considered than the individuals who lived there.

3) People were better off moving- there was a significant reduction in social determination of health inequality, it went down from 14 to 9. Individuals experienced increased levels of activity and engagement.

Although learning disabilities are biological, this can have an influence on the other determinants.

3) initially there was an improvement, but in time it began to diminish. Changes were seen in the Carers awareness and Carers respones as they increased. This could be down to the loss of 'known' staff members with greater understanding of individuals, to more support from GPs and Social workers

the person themselves 
4) there wasn't so much a focus on this 
area and the majority of the
