         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the first contributing factors is their education levels. Out in the remote areas, they may not have the right school education levels to help with safe sex. They may not know the right practices such as using a condom during sexual intercourse to help prevent STIs. Another one could be their low socioeconomic status so they don't allow part of the money for certain preventative measures as they think they can go without it and still be fine.</div>]]></description>
