Teachers are required to run a blog and each of their children are expected to have a log as well to share their learning wit their whanau, selves, community etc.

Money - Is the progress going to be different dependent on access to devices in the first year at Gisint? some hubs have 1-1 access where others struggle. Does this create a situation around equity and equality? Also will this lead to different outcomes and how is the success measured? If it is on data alone, there are other variables that can be celebrated - do Manaiakalani determine what the success of the programme has been?

Is the model based on effective professional learning? Do we need teachers anymore? What is the real guts of what the programme is hoping to achieve? Is it 1-1 learning, is it changing teacher pedagogy around ICT use? Is it a major focus on children having ownership over their learning and sharing with others (whanau, peers, teacher etc).
