Supervisors’ supervisors must be more supportive to sing the same song to the ground staff

We have many tools to calibrate everyone on empathy, still many of us are falling back to our own background to judge. We need to explore how to really put our past behind and go with our current generation.

Buffer 30% of manpower in each area to cater MC, courses, AL, HL. This is to prevent burnout when manpower is down. When there are full force of manpower, staff can be given protected time for projects. This also allows staff to engage in research and innovation

Unfortunately some leaders do not allow staff to claim time off if course overrun and mentioned if this is allowed, leader expect staff to return back to work if course end early.

Supervisor should respect staff willingness

Do not force staff to join events out of their willingness. Not in a threaten way.

Factor in fcl, slomc and bd leave or non clinical hours into nonproductive hours
