We brought some complexity by changing leadership very quickly, but provided simplicity by keeping a lot of systems in place, but keeping them simple. 
2. Worked for a former principal who was more of a micro-manager and did not allow a lot of flexibility which caused some issues. Now a principal, I try to allow more autonomy while still balancing expectations. 
3.
