         <description><![CDATA[<div>Canada contributes to the goal of economic efficiency by financial efficiency. There policy focuses on keeping inflation low, and stable and predictable. Ethiopia does not reach many of the key area in economic efficiency. They have a weak rule of law. Prices and interest rates are far from stability. </div>]]></description>

Historically economic freedom has been declining in all three countries since 2004. In Ethiopia the index of economic freedom reports that economic expansion has averaged about 10 percent over the past five years and improved mining and farming techniques.  </div>]]></description>
