I ordered and expected a branded new iPhone with high expectation because I ordered it from amazon   

On the first place, it was arrived two days after they had promised to deliver.

When I opened the package the screen was broken and the charger was not there.

 I immediately called to customer service many times but they were not willing to compensate me. They even though me as a cheater

So, I will never recommend to anyone to buy a product from amazon. I will wait until amazon will be replaced.

The material was really different from the pictures, the fabric was too rough because once I wore it my skin started itching.
When I called the company to complain they said this is what you get to this price. I felt annoyed because I paid three times more than the regular price.

When I opened the box, I got very disappointed. 

The mask doesn't look like the ad. The ear loops on this mask are too long for my face. Basically the mask gaps away from my whole face or will droop because it doesn’t fasten properly to my ears. So it doesn’t work at all.
