The employer gives you a problem or topic for which you must prepare a presentation, either before arriving or directly on the spot. They want to see how you communicate your ideas in front of a small group.
Stress
You’ve been given an “in-basket” full of tasks. The interviewer gives you 20 minutes to sort through the tasks and put them in the proper priority.

Score more goals this season in the Thomas Jefferson High School soccer team with the help of my coach and my team mates because it will make me better at a long time skill and it is something that may lead to something.

I will track my progress by asking my coach about my performances at trainings. He will be assessing my training drills and will give me tips for me to get better.

Achievable 

It is achievable because I have all the help I need. My coach, my teammates and my training gear will make this goal possible.

It will make an impact in the team I'm playing on because my goals could make us win more games which can become trophy winnings. I could really make a change in the team.
