Pros:

• Meetings can be held in multiple locations across all time zones.
• Meetings can take place in individuals offices or at their desk which gives employees the opportunity to allocate time else were.
• Meetings are more flexible as participants can log in and out of the call without disturbing others.

Cons:

• This is not face to face and it may be difficult for people to grasp the meaning behind the conversations.
• Virual meetings are not a great system to use if the meeting participants are expected to brainstorm or ask lots of questions as they cannot see each other and therefore it is harder to work together or think of creative solutions to problems.
