A new Trump adminisration rule for family planning grants could "trigger" public health crisis. It was anounced that the Department of Health and Human Services, would prohibit family planning clinics funded by the federal Title X program from making abortion referrals. "'Pregnancies that are unintended, and thus riskier, will increase. The number of abortions will also increase. And there will be fewer tests for sexually transmitted infections and cancer screens — putting patients and their partners at great health risk,' the lawsuit said." Planned Parenthood serves 1.6 million of the 4 million women who get care through Title X. The program, enacted in 1970, makes family-planning services available to low-income individuals for free or at low cost.Wen stressed that Planned Parenthood, even if it left Title X, would continue to offer its full array of services, including birth control and screenings for sexually transmitted diseases and cancer. But it would not be able to maintain the level of free or low-cost contraception that was available via Title X. This article is a scorekeeper because it explains more on how much money it served to women and what year.
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/ama-planned-parenthood-say-trump-rule-on-family-planning-could-trigger-health-crisis/

The article is more lengthy which they provided more concerns than CBS news. The article is bias by story collection because its a different new outlet but they are giving the same information as CBS news. This article goes more depth with the issue, for example, it talks about that the rule announced that it is not a wholesale defunding of Planned Parenthood. Organizations receiving money through "the federal family planning program, called Title X, will "still be able to perform abortions but will have to do so in a separate facility from their other operations and adhere to the new requirement that they not refer patients to it." In the CBS new, they don't explain what Title X is. They both have said that The Trump administration anounces that is will organize abortion referrals from receiving federal family planning. But they do explain more on the subject.
https://www.nytimes.com/2019/02/22/health/trump-defunds-planned-parenthood.html

This article seems to be more lengthy than New York Times AND CBS news. In this Article it provides more pictures as an example. They provided a tweet saying, that the New York Attorney General Letitia James tweeted that, "the new rule is “dangerous & unnecessary,” putting millions of Americans at risk, and that the state would take legal action." Giving other people side on the take of the issue. This is bias by spin because it allows more comments to tell their side and why its unsafe.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2019/02/22/trump-administration-bars-family-planning-clinics-that-provide-abortion-referrals-million-program/

This article is the same length as CBS NEWS. Althought it explains more than CBS, "The new rule requires that providers that receive Title X funds be both physically and financially separate from any entity that provides or refers for abortions. That means that because some Planned Parenthood health centers perform abortions, all Planned Parenthood centers are barred from getting Title X funding." And it still gives more comments on what the clients had t say about the situation. They still relate on how Planned Parenthood is the only option for low-income patients.
https://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2019/2/22/18236227/abortion-planned-parenthood-gag-rule-trump

The length of this article is way shorter to the CBS NEWS. But it still relates on the main topic which is it intends to bar taxpayer-funded family planning centers from promoting or performing abortions. This article is different because it shows more number, "itle X costs approximately $260-million-a-year and is intended to pay for birth control, STD-testing, infertility testing and other screening services." Which the other 3 articles did not provide. This article seems to be more straight forward than the the articles because the other articles elaborates more and allows what the other side had to say. This article is a scorekeeper because shows more comments on money.
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-administration-to-ban-abortion-referrals-by-taxpayer-funded-family-planning-clinics

The length of this article is longer than CBS and Bloomberg. It did not explins how only permits doctors to make referrals to abortion services if the patient has already made up their mind to terminate the pregnancy. Which the other articles dd not share. They did give out numbers, but they were not similar t CBS NEWS and FOX NEWS, "The 2016 OPA report found that 89% of patients who received care through Title X funding identified as female, 64% had family incomes at or below the poverty line, and 43% lacked health insurance coverage" The tone seems more informative than the other articles because it is a lengthy article and examples who is more affected.
https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-gag-rule-limits-abortion-2018-5
