         <description><![CDATA[<div>Things I know:&nbsp;<br>- What should be considered a "Mistake".<br>- Circle time guidelines (kind of).&nbsp;<br><br>Things I Want to Know About:&nbsp;<br>- Grading System<br>- Student Agency<br>- Activities&nbsp;<br><br>Lifelong Learners:&nbsp;<br>Learners with developed/ing skills to help them in the process of continues learning in all aspects of life either socially or educationally using tangible/intangible resources as they are aware of their&nbsp; personality and the world around them.<br><br>Early Learners loves exploring, observing and being active in both physical and emotional aspects as it's a fundamental way gain knowledge about who they are/ the world around them. They loves games that will allow them to be responsible, free and feeling the sense of belonging to the space with the the right support when needed to enjoy the full experience of learning and gaining experience.<br><br>Learning agency revolves around helping student to be active learners (choosing the way the want to be taught, what they learn, and voicing their thoughts/questions)&nbsp;<br>This happens when we create an open environment based on the students by observing their wonders, giving feedbacks and making them believe in their self efficacy. The focual points of reaching this is by the voice, choice and ownership which is resulted by the previously mentioned points plus ATL/ib learning profiles.<br><br>Transdisciplinary is the integration and connection between disciplines so the early learner attain the specific subject-specific inquiry in addition to the knowledge, skills by using well-designed (student centered) engaging themes built based on their inquiries, reflecions the world around them.<br>They result in forming deep, connected and relevant.</div>]]></description>
