When it comes to culture preservation, the local government should take the responsibility of the local culture preservation. Although the application level of AI that local governments have may be distinguished from others, only the local residents have the sufficient comprehension of the local culture and how to preserve the local culture. To make sure the preservation is actually being carried out properly, the central government can set up a organization that can check whether the local governments preserve by using AI or not

To make AI development more accessible worldwide, we need to tackle the real barriers people face: expensive internet and hardware, lack of education, and tools built only for Western contexts. That means investing in low-cost internet and simple, lightweight AI tools that work on basic devices, offering free, local-language training tailored to people’s actual needs, building more diverse datasets, and creating policies that support small developers in every region—not just big tech companies. In short, AI shouldn’t be something only wealthy people can use. It should be spread among different people.

I think that restored some artifacts is necessary. The artifacts are so called is because these things can let people now living in modern communities know what happened before. If people can’t literally recognize what exactly the artifacts are, the preservation is a failure. While with the help of AI, we can generate the virtual version.
