Economic: In the 1780s, it was decreasing the work and money which warned the Third estate, appeared to be sound because production and trade was expanding quickly, but taxes made it hard for them to save up money. Also, the weather was bad and made the crops fail and ran out of grains and their living price was rising increasingly; surprisingly. Bread was their main food which the price cost a lot which made people starve to death, including the ruler Louis and Marie made it even worse because of the decreasing of their money on things they don't need.

The American Revolution and the French Revolution are the same by having the same ideas based on equal rights. Mostly, Locke and Napoleon because they knew that people had the right to speak up for themselves and control themselves and their lives without anyone pressuring them or commanding them. They are different because the French Revolution had a code and education which had different types of levels for each children's age and church was accepted. In the American Revolution they had to go through Reign of Terror in which many people died for not obeying the rules and having a weak leader that wouldn't help at all.

Napoleon was someone that joined the army government because it was falling apart, basically he came from a military school. Napoleon was put as a defender for the delegates in which it made him a hero in France, so everyone voted for him to become the leader. Napoleon made himself an Emperor. Won the state of Europe and all it's countries, but one of his failures was not winning Great Britain. His accomplishments were that the taxes became fair and got rid of dishonest govt. workers; the government, built lycees requiring children in education, won over the continental of France, opened up churches(freedom of religion), concordat an agreement with the Pope, limiting freedom of speech which was part of the Napoleonic Code, restoring slavery was part of the code which became a failure of his.

Social contract: Thomas Hobbes and John Locke had two different views based on human nature and government. Hobbes thought that people were wicked and selfish on their own , thought that they should give their life and liberty to a leader, thought best govt. was the power of leviathan(sea monster) wanted an absolute monarchy. John Locke was a philosopher which had a positive view on humans. Believed that people have the ability to take care of themselves and have a welfare and stable society. Supported self-govt. and people were born free and equal which he thought of having three main natural rights that are life, liberty, and property and if they fail to follow them then they could rebel against unjust rulers, he wanted a modern government.

Two states had privileges and the last state had peasants which didn't have any rights and they had to pay taxes. The Roman Catholic church owned 10% of the land in France and they ahd to sevice yhe poor.
King Louis XVI:
Louis was the first dictator in France, but was a weak leader in which him ignored the fact of giving demands in the government. Also, his wife just cared about the luxuries and would spend the money in materials they don't need at all.
