         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Beans<br></strong><br></div><div><br>Ingredients<br>&nbsp;3 cups navy or pinto beans<br>&nbsp;½ pound of pork hoof<br>&nbsp;6 cups of water<br>&nbsp;1 cup grated carrots<br>&nbsp;½ teaspoon of salt<br>&nbsp;½ green banana, cut into small pieces<br>&nbsp;1 tablespoon chopped onion<br>&nbsp;2 cups diced tomatoes<br>&nbsp;¼ cup chopped long onion<br>&nbsp;3 tablespoons vegetable oil<br>&nbsp;¼ teaspoon salt<br>&nbsp;1 clove garlic, minced<br>&nbsp;¼ cup chopped cilantro<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Preparation<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;1. Wash the beans very well and leave them soaking overnight in cold water.<br>&nbsp;2. Drain the beans and transfer them to your pressure cooker with water and the hooves over medium-low heat until soft.<br>&nbsp;3. While the beans are cooking you can prepare the stew in a pan over low heat and bring a little oil to a boil: the tomatoes, onions, garlic and cilantro. Add salt, cumin powder and stir the stew for 10-15 minutes.<br>&nbsp;4. When the beans are almost tender, add the stew for flavor and start cooking all the way through. You can leave them boiling.<br>&nbsp;5. Chop the green banana manually.<br>&nbsp;6. Add the grated carrot.<br>&nbsp;7. Add a little salt and cook until completely tender. Approximately 35 minutes in your SecuryPlus Control pressure cooker.<br><br></div>]]></description>
