Ingredients
 3 cups navy or pinto beans
 ½ pound of pork hoof
 6 cups of water
 1 cup grated carrots

 Preparation
 
 1. Wash the beans very well and leave them soaking overnight in cold water.

 3. While the beans are cooking you can prepare the stew in a pan over low heat and bring a little oil to a boil: the tomatoes, onions, garlic and cilantro. Add salt, cumin powder and stir the stew for 10-15 minutes.
 4. When the beans are almost tender, add the stew for flavor and start cooking all the way through. You can leave them boiling.
 5. Chop the green banana manually.
 6. Add the grated carrot.
 7. Add a little salt and cook until completely tender. Approximately 35 minutes in your SecuryPlus Control pressure cooker.

Participe en el espacio del foro ya que por mi jornada laboral no podía participar por los otros medios, muchas veces por medio de WhatsApp escuchaba recomendaciones y las aplicaba en mi trabajo

 

¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea?

 

Tuve el conocimiento de que es un adverbio de frecuencia una retroalimentación de los verbos tantos regulares como irregulares, los tiempos correctos 

 

¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿por qué?

 

Es importante, aunque muchas veces creamos que no lo es, es muy importante aprender este idioma ya que en muchas ocupaciones o lugares no lo exigen 

 

 ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional?

 

En mi vida personal aporta mucho ya que con este aprendizaje me pueden llegar nuevas oportunidades y beneficios 

En mi vida personal me da seguridad ya que podría llegar a conseguir algún trabajo que tenga que ver sobre el idioma ingles
