One Friday evening, I accompanied Mom to my grandparents’ house. My big family was going to hold a Javanese baby shower ceremony for Aunt Mima the next day. On the way to the place, Mom kept reminding me to congratulate the parents-to-be. As soon as we arrived, I looked for Aunt Mima and congratulated her.

Grandma asked Mom to help prepare for the ceremony. Then, I walked to the patio at the back to find Uncle Donny, Aunt Mima’s husband. I saw a slim man of medium height and gave him my wishes. The man looked at me with a puzzled face and then said, “Donny is over there.” I was so embarrassed because everyone on the patio had heard our conversation.

Later, I found out that the man was Uncle Donny’s younger brother. I had never seen him before because he had been living in the United States. That evening, I stayed away from Uncle Donny’s brother as much as possible.

I neared him and I touched his shoulder and when he saw to my face, I was shocked because that pepole infactly he wasn't my friend. I said sorry to him and said: I thought he was my friend. He wasn't angry and smiled and I was smile too🙂

Christmas day

My family and I went to grandma's house for Christmas on Monday 2023. We haven't seen each other in a long time, maybe 3 years since that day. We have lived in Bekasi, I am very happy to see my family. As usual we celebrate Christmas by eating Batak specialties with the food name "arsik". There I was like seeing a girl like my friend named Elsa, her characteristic is that she has a short body, thin, long hair and white skin, when I approached it turned out that she was my cousin Anna who had grown up, I last met her 3 years ago. She was very changed in the past short black hair with a fat body.

During my school holidays, I had a plan watching a anime movie with my elementary school friend at the mall. Her name is Tisa, we haven't seen each other for almost 2 and a half years. When I arrived at the mall I saw a tall girl with a cute bagpack with some tartaglia pin bag.

I remember so well that Tisa has change alot seen the last time i saw her, she was so beautiful now. I was so happy to see her again at last all way going to the cinema we keep talking about what haas happened for the last year and how much we miss each other.

During school holidays, I had a plan to met with my best friend for junior high school at the Mall. Her name is Qiya. We hadn't seen each other for a long time. When I arrived at the Mall, I saw a girl with her beautiful short hair.

Who's she? I remembered that Qiya loved to have her long straight hair. "Qiya? is that you?" I asked. She waved to me and I was so surprised to see her because she looks so different. She also become the tall girl now. I was so happy to see her because I miss her all the time.

What a beautiful moment, I believe I can't forget this moment for the rest of my life.

Im a new student in biology course, I still dont know about the scedule. The second day i attend the class, it was 5:25. And i decides to wait in the class until the class is start (5:30). But when i go to class, suddenly the class is full of student of grade 9 (im grade 10). The teacher asked me "are you grade 9" and i answered "ouh, im grade 10, sorry mis" I immediately left class. I feel bad for disturbing their class but it dont feel Embarrassing. From the incident i learned that i have to wait in lobby untill the grade 9 done at 5:30+

Hug people wrong

A week ago I made an appointment with my junior high school friend to play basketball together.

At that time I arrived first at the field, then I waited for my friend, from a distance I saw someone who looked like my friend, previously my friend said in our room chat that she was wearing a pink shirt and black hijab and that person was wearing clothes similar to my friend. I immediately ran fast towards her and immediately hugged her tightly, the person I was hugging immediately refused my hug, because I was confused I immediately looked at her face and it turned out I was the wrong person.

Long time no see brother

My family and I went to Purwokerto to visit my grandfather, for a family reunion during Eid al-Fitr. We haven't seen each other in a long time, because they live far away in perwokerto, I was very happy to meet my brother named Mas Bayu, when I arrived at the house I saw a man with a short body, has short hair, and has tanned skin. I ran and greeted him, but he was surprised and said that he was not a mas bayu, then he pointed to a tall man, had fairy skin, and has long hair and ponytail, which is a mas bayu, he waved to me to accompany him, I gave him with shame. Long time no see friend

I went to Solaria Restaurant for a friend reunion on Sunday. I hadn't seen for a long time.  I was excited to see my friend, Sari. I arrived at Solaria Restaurant at lunch time. There, I saw  girl with a long black hair.
I remember that Sari had a long black hair. And then I called the girl "Sari"? I asked. She just  kept quiet. And I try to called her again. But she said if she was'nt Sari. OMG that one wasn't Sari. I stood blushing bright red with embarrasment.
I won't forget this moment for the rest of my life.

Wrong Identity

My family and I went to Grandpa’s house in August last year. We hadn’t seen our family in Bali for a long time. We lived in Bekasi. I was so excited about seeing my cousin. We arrived at Grandpa’s house for dinner. There I saw a boy with slanted hair. I remembered that my cousin loved to have slanted hair. I ran behind that person and grabbed his shoulder. He looked at me and shocked me. He’s not my cousin. I apologized and went back to the table. There I saw a fatty boy with bold hair and tanned skin. He’s my real cousin. I waved at him and told him that I'd got the wrong person. 

I will never forget this moment for the rest of my life.

My Best Cousin

One day, i had a peaceful sunday morning alone in my house, until someone was in front of my house, they were waiting for me to opened the door. It was my uncle.

My uncle and his family lives in Purwakarta. But her daughter, Ghina, goes to university in Bandung, so she has to live there.

I have always wondered that Ghina will never come to my house again because of her busyness.

My Uncle greeted me with a hug and I asked where her wife is. I went to my room for a second before I noticed that there was my best cousin, Ghina! She was getting taller and slimmer. She was coming with her brother and her mom. We were greeting each other and make a small talk. I was really happy to talk with her face-to-face again.

I called my mom and dad to return home immediately so we could have a good family reunion.

about seven years ago, I went on vacation to my grandmother's house.

me and my two cousins went to the swimming pool near our grandmother's house, after arriving we immediately jumped into the pool, while we were having fun suddenly one of my cousins invited us to swim in the adult pool. we said yes, when we were there I was the first to go down to the pool and then walked through the edge of the pool with my two cousins following behind. as we walked slowly to reach the end suddenly a school friend of my cousin approached us then without warning he jumped into the pool without a buoy and it turned out that he couldn't swim then flapped the water and pulled my cousin's shirt. my cousin who felt his shirt being pulled also pulled my shirt for help, I resisted his pull by holding tightly to the edge of the pool but I couldn't stand his very strong pull.

I was pulled into the middle of the pool and almost drowned, but luckily the lifeguard rushed to save us

When i arrived there, my friends Sabira and Danisha were already there. the three of us chatted while waiting for fiona to come. After ten minutes i saw a girl with dark brown hair and i thought it was Fiona so i intended to approach her. After i approached her i immediately tapped her shoulder and i was surprised it wasn't Fiona. Suddenly Fiona was behind me and laughing. Finally i apologized to the woman and continued inviting Fiona to order food.

Back in December 25th 2023, me and my family went to the church to celebrate Christmas Day. We always celebrated every year. But unexpectedly on Christmas 2023, I meet my childhood friend. I never see him for almost 11 years. At the moment I don't really recognize him but when I saw his little scar on his forehead, it's truly him! In 2019 me and my family go to Jambi. We had been living in Bekasi so we have to boarding a plane because accros the sea. We arrived in Jambi at dinner time. I stayed at hotel in Jambi city.

There, I saw a teenage girl waiting in the lobby. And you know she’s my cousin, she looks so different than 2 years ago. Now she have a short wavy hair and had fair skin. And I immediately hugged her because I really missed her. After dinner time me and my cousin playing game in my room until mid night. The next day we had breakfast on the top floor. After that me, my cousin, and my brother go to lobby and swimming together

Wrong friends

Yesterday, me and my friend went to the restaurant for a school reunion. Last time we met was 2 years ago, some my friend is very differentt than I rememberr. My friends chat me, his name is Andra. He said use a black t shirt, jeans, and white shoes to make me easy when I find him. When I was arrived i saw some group and they were all my friends.

I started to talking with my friend, talk about job, school, and something like that and than I saw a people exactly look like Andra, black t shirt, jeans and whitee shoes with a familiar haircut. But when i greet him I saw a veryy different face, yes he is not my friend I felt very embarrassed. All my friend were laughing at me. Not for a long time Andra came with a green jacket, jeans, and sandals.

This is very a funnyy and embarrassing moment, and we were started the reunion. All my friends won't forget this moment

Tittle: My Old Love

I am a second year high school student, and I met an old friend of mine when I was in elementary school. We separated in middle school because of our respective choices, and now fate has brought us together again.

The first time I found out that we were in the same school was during registration. I saw her name on my school's student list and I saw her name listed among the many registered students. In first grade, we were in different classes, I was in class 10-4 and he was in class 10-7. After we went to second grade, we met in one of the classes in Japanese class. I was very surprised to see her now, now she is very very beautiful. As I remember when I was in elementary school, she was also beautiful, with slightly brown skin, small round black eyes, and a round face that was so beautiful. Now she has changed to be much more beautiful, her skin is pure white, her face is beautiful and radiant, but her small black eyes and round face have not disappeared at all and that is what makes her special to me.

After school,my mother picked me up at school.
