Guidance given, including an example, of an 'excellent' reflection. Students use their phones. Easy to do, no messing with PowerPoint. I found students were very honest and open, it was like they were speaking directly to me. Easy to assess, used a rubric whilst listening back and gave detailed feedback plus grade.
