Os deficientes físicos e mentais, durante muito tempo excluídos pela a sociedade por suas limitações. Ao longo dos anos teve um adaptamento no lazer, na educação e nos esportes para pessoas com essa limitação de mobilidade ou desenvolvimento cognitivo. Outras situações que essas pessoas com deficiência física passam e a falta de investimento em ambientes públicos por não haver instrumentos de apoio a sua deficiência, como guias para deficientes visuais ou rampas para o acesso de cadeirante.

Vou também falar um pouco sobre as pessoas que são LGBTQIA+ que durante muito tempo foi considerado uma doença e em alguns países são proibidos por meios legais. Atualmente o brasil e o pais que mais mata pessoas LGBTQIA+ , esse assunto e realmente muito delicado para mim e fico muito triste em saber que isso acontece sendo que e somente amor, porque eu tenho que morrer so por gostar de pessoas do mesmo gênero que o meu? Isso me deixa com medo, eu tenho medo de ser eu e demonstrar isso abertamente. (eu acabei levando muito pro pessoal essa parte, acabei ate chorando enquanto lia as noticias que o brasil que mais mata pessoas LGBTQIA+)

nowadays we have 4 cats and we still feed 6 cats that live outside the house, I will introduce them: there is the oldest one that arrived here in July 2020 called Sofia, we think she is about 4 years old. In the same year, but in October, Sofia gave birth to 6 puppies, unfortunately 3 died and 1 ran away so we decided to adopt the 2 and nowadays they are called Maria and Kiara. The last cat we adopted was in 2021 in September, they threw 4 cats here in front of the house and we gave them temporary shelter, one ended up dying and 2 disappeared (I hope someone has taken it to adopt) so we feel sorry for the one that was left we took her and name her Olivia but we called her little. I really like listening to music, in any situation, My hobbies are currently drawing and reading, I really love reading and I can't go a day without reading, even if it's just a page. the sites I use the most for fun are Youtube, Instagram and skoob which is a book site.

Now talking about ifpa, I don't know if I'm going to continue with the chosen course because I didn't identify with it but who knows, maybe I'll end up liking it
