There is a saying "you don't know what you don't know," but if I had to pick one thing I want to learn is one more undisputable fact that climate-change deniers are wrong.

The list of traveling destination dreams is too long. Five years ago I married a man that wants to see the world - and he has inspired me to want the same. We have a Mediterranean cruise scheduled (or re- re-scheduled - originally it was to have been in April of 2020). I would love to visit Central and Southern America (Machu Picchu in Peru perhaps). Australia and Pacific Island nations are also top of the list. We have been spoiled. We have had the opportunity to visit the Philippines for a month, the Bahamas, Puerto Vallarta, the Grand Canyon, and Kauai.

I just started a diet, after putting on the Covid-20 (or 40), so EVERY ice cream sounds like my favorite at the moment. If I had to select just one, I would choose Green Tea Ice Cream.
