The teacher's role goes beyond guiding a class or providing knowledge of a subject. They are a guide, a companion, and a reference in each student's educational process. Their work involves awakening their students' curiosity, teaching content, being resourceful, fostering critical thinking, and motivating students to develop their potential.

Within their role as teachers, it is essential to develop the didactic dimension, since teachers must be able to plan, adapt, and apply pedagogical strategies that respond to the needs and characteristics of students and the school context. Being didactic is not only about explaining well or providing resources, but also about knowing the best way to teach meaningfully, using a variety of resources provided by the context, and helping students develop their academic potential. Didactics allows teachers to make their students' experience motivating and enriching.

Reading is important because it helps students to more easily understand readings, hence the importance of knowing how to teach, of having an instructor who guides according to technical bases through didactics that helps to provide better practical knowledge with a solid foundation for teaching didactics, it is essential to start with vocabulary, point out new vocabulary, words that are acquired again in order to go deeper and understand what we are reading, to have a good reading it is necessary to write down keywords, write down the paragraphs that we like the most and be able to intertwine those contents, one of the activities that we can promote in a classroom so that students can have a good reading is to have them underline new words, underline the paragraph that they liked the most or at the same time have them make lists of words that they saw in that text and it is a way to be able to understand much more, as well as at first glance reading the introduction they can summarize what it is about.
