S: Applying for a job as a fresh Graduate.
Reality vs. Expectations:
- I expect the job hunt as a fresh graduate will be difficult. Not in a sense that finding a job is difficult, but getting accepted into one. From what I've observed in the professional world, the standards of the companies are high (and it's not just happening in our country). I often see memes and discussions about employers seeking experience from everyone even though they don't have one.

I do hope the reality is much easier and that I'm wrong.

Q: What are your action items to prepare?
- Resume
- Email template
- Portfolio
- Government documents like Pag-ibig, SSS, etc. (Though I heard that employers will be the one who will handle these when you don't have them yet?)

S: Preparing for your first Interview.
Reality vs. Expectations:
- I expect to be asked a lot of behavioral questions rather than directly asking something about myself. I've experienced to go into a few interviews and they're unlike any mock interview I've experienced in school. Sometimes the interviewers are nice, some likes to grill you with questions.

I'm still not sure what the environment in interviews are because I've only had fewer than 5.

Q: How are you going to be ready?
- By expecting most questions and preparing an answer to them. I've watched helpful videos from Youtube, though, I think not all questions will actually appear in the interview. So it's really best to prepare success stories.

S: Deciding on accepting the Job Offer.
Reality vs. Expectations:
- I'm dreaming of having the trouble of accepting multiple job offers. Hopefully I'm that attractive to employers but, it's probably far from the reality.

In reality, I'll probably have none or one job offer at the time. Two, if I'm lucky. I'm not really that confident yet when it comes to selling myself.

Q: What are the things you need to consider?
- The salary, first and foremost. I don't need it to be high—I need it to be enough.
- Distance from my home
- Work environment
- Benefits
