I feel that the Presidency of Andrew Jackson was important to upholding the United States, but that it also had its problems. Something I learned was that the 2nd bank was split into 7 "pet" banks, When it said "pet banks", this stuck with me because it seemed like a weird term that he would name them, and also showed how he didn't approve of the 2nd bank. After learning about the indian removal act, I am still wondering what the people of the United States thought about the death marches that the natives were forced to do.

I feel that the presidency of Andrew Jackson was chaotic. It seems like he lest his opinions and temper get in the way of acting professionally. A some of terrible things happened, such as the trail of tears. I don't think he's the worst president, but he was brash, angry, seemed a bit rude, and it seems like a lot of what he did was out of spite instead of the betterment of our country.
