They tried to bargain with money and add on $50-100 each time they visited knowing the people would say no unless they get clean water and air. After the majority of the town signed, the release form, the environment of the town got significantly worse causing these people to come down with different forms of cancers. Do you think the company could be sued for all the damages they have caused to this community?
