         <description><![CDATA[<div>Walker and talk hicking for 6 hours for group building and then Plan the programme of the next days together.<br>Collect more information about the volunteers profile and expectations before the oat to adapt the tools and methods.<br>Pdt very important to give the basic knowledge of EVS and make the volunteers more aware of tec and learning dimension.<br>Reflection on Key competences put into practice during the midterm evaluation and involvement of the mentor in the oat and share with them.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Using different methods for different needs.<br>Differences between on arrival which is a training so more close program and evaluation midterm is a meeting they ask the volunteers what they want to work with. Normally the topics they are interested are the same as the European Commission proposals.<br>The challenge for the training team is to make the flow in spot taking in account the topics the volunteers express.<br>In on arrival they work about project management.<br>Some countries share training with mentors to share points of view and set the plan together.<br>Many countries take in account the request from the trainers anual meeting to make improvements.<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The best is to try to find ballance. Most of the time the minimum standards set by the commission or the NA still allows to tackle the participants (during midterms there is sometimes more flexibility in terms of TEC objectives, but also the volunteers have more expectations). There is a lot of creating based on the needs and thrligh day by day planning. It is trainers responsibility to know what the actual needs are even if volunteers are not aware about their own needs. Good to stay creative without overcomplicating the process (sometimes we do it because we want to experiment and because we have done the same thing many times and not because volunteers want/need it).  </div>]]></description>
