  • Creating a scenario- involves

    full scenario for faculty

    prompts for participants

    script for SP - clear , calibrated emotional boundaries set, standard responses

  • Dry run with all faculty on the day before including equipment testing.

  • Event - interactive simulation

  • 3 groups of 10 divided over 3 rooms and 3 different scenarios- Duty of candour only.

  • Measureable - explanation of what happened in scenario to patient, how they handled it, apology and plan of action for subsequent such similar events.

  • Post scenario quick quiz whether they achieved the learning outcome

  • Debrief and feedback
