- meet at a time outside of instruction, not break out rooms
- Group does asynchronous learning as a small group reviews materials they don't get or works on a skill that needs improvement

You can organize the group via skill level. Or same assignment and change the level of difficulty differentiate. You can group by objective or by skill.

This has presented a unique challenge in the fact that they don't know how to communicate with each other (ex. shy, don't want to take the lead)
