I loved Leandres audition process. What was most exciting for me was that it was out of my comfort zone but I really enjoyed watching my peers absolutely eat up the combo he gave us. Being a part of this piece would help me grow by pushing me outside of what I am used to doing and working with a guest choreographer would allow me to learn about their specific choreographic process.

Megans Audition Reflection

I loved this audition. Well first off I just love Megan in general and love her choreographic style. This was like the first time Ive thoroughly enjoyed dancing since I broke my foot and this audition made me fall in love with dance all over again. It was a little scary because I was super nervous and Megan also really intimidates me but I loved it. I feel like I could learn a lot from being a part of this piece because it would allow me to grow in a style I am already comfortable in and push my determination.

I was very skeptical about this audition at first because it was on zoom but I really enjoyed this process and he did a really good job at explaining what he was looking for and answering any questions we had. I would learn a lot by being in this piece because ballet isn't normally my best style but I loved the fun/ upbeat style he brought.

I loved Love's style and her approach to the process. I enjoyed the floor work a lot and how she explained each step with much detail. Nothing scared me about this except my brain wasn't fully there this day but I still showed up to my full potential. I would benefit from being in her piece because I think the process would be very laid back and I would enjoy working with her a lot.
