In a learner-centered teaching. evaluation activities are used in ways to promote learning and giving of grades to the learners. Likewise evaluation processes are opened to students in ways to give them opportunities to develop self- and peer assessment skills. Grades motivate students to learn. Summative assessment given at the end of the course is the basis of giving grades, and eventually of awards and recognition. Learners need to see that there is more than giving of grades when encountering the contents of the course while preparing for the exams whether formative or summative Learning matters more than grades especially during studying. On the part of the teacher, focus should be done on using the exam to promote learning and also as a means of feedback mechanism in which to serve as a basis for remediation and intervention during formative assessment.

To answer the question, “What are the learning centered strategies for a highly unmotivated students?”. 

1. Timely and constructive feedback can help students understand their progress and areas for improvement. If students are doing a great job in a particular task, it might be beneficial to inform them. This will make them feel motivated to complete the task, boosting their self-confidence and possibly motivating them to do more.

2. Students are motivated when they find a task interesting. By conducting differentiated instruction or offering varied activities, students can choose how they want to accomplish the given task while still meeting the competencies set for that particular lesson. Allowing students to have some control over their learning by providing choices or alternative assignments within set parameters can be useful in motivating them.

How would the teacher be able to tell whether every student is fully engaged in the lesson or activity, and is the amount of support each student is receiving sufficient to help them along the learning process?

How does Learner-Centered Teaching accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs?

Using LC teaching can actually be rewarding but, can there be disadvantages on this strategy as well ? ... If yes , can someone site one , maybe ?

We engage them to be interactive and collaborative in the classroom activities. In that way, they can allow their selves to explore new things and learnings and apply it to the real world situation.

We had discuss about the positive effect of LC learning. Like having an independent and responsible students. This will lead them to ba a better person and good citizen of our country.

Then they will be progressive and successful in thier chosen career.

The negative effect maybe is that some students cannot be independent enough and learn in this learning technique. They need more guidance and help from their teachers.
