We will only use photographs or videos of students for these purposes if agreed by the student (and their parent/guardian if under 18).

If we do not have permission to photograph a student, they will be given an orange lanyard on the first day of Summer School. It is important that this lanyard is kept on and made visible so that our photographers know not to take your photograph.

• your packed lunch or lunch money for the day. Please note that the cafe in LCC is cashless, however, there are plenty of places around the college that do take cash.

Your first day: 

• your Oyster or Zip card if you have one. We'll top this up for you upon arrival. Don't forget to come prepared with which London Travel Zone you travel from. 

After your first day:

• your Insights pass! Please remember to bring this each day once you're given one. 

• (if you have been given one) your orange lanyard for image consent.

We will provide all of your materials and equipment for Summer School.

Please come prepared knowing what zone you live in (zone 1-9, you can check here) so we can top up your Oyster or Zip card for the week.

If you live outside of the London travel zones and have not yet been contacted, please email Rosie to discuss your travel.

You should have been sent an email from admissions.no.reply@arts.ac.uk with the subject "Accessing your University network account" that looks like the image above. Please check your spam/junk folder if you cannot find it in your inbox!

Please follow the link in the email to request a single-use link, which will be sent to the email address you applied to Insights with, and then allow you to create a password.

Your username is your 8-digit student ID number.
