It sounds complicated when typed out but it was fun and active and felt simple.

For example, one of our trainings is on self-care, so if we do it in-person, we'll draw a self-care wheel on a board and then give people sticky notes and they can write activities they do and put the sticky note in whichever segment of the wheel that their activity falls under. Usually one of the sections of the wheel have a lot under it and some of the other parts don't have anything in them. It is a way to start the discussion about self-care.
