    Privately. I like to come with suggestions on how to positively help whatever feedback I am giving. I also like to be honest with the information that I am giving in a collaborative way.
    4. How do you like to receive feedback?
    Privately. I like to be approached with positive intent. Come with suggestions on how I can make something better.
    5. A piece of advice you would give to someone working with you for the first time.
    I like to initially brainstorm together as a team and get my footing first before I am "set free" to go work on what I need to work on.

    3. I like 1:1, close enough to whatever I am giving feedback on, but not necessarily in the moment. I like to lead with pluses first.

    • -receiving an assignment with a very short amount of time to do it, or an expectation for weekend work. I really try not to work over the weekends.

    1. What is your prefered method of communication? ( email, text, phone call, etc ) 
    -email for anything long, text for something short/urgent. also good with phone calls or quick zoom meetings

    -very straightforward and honest

    -straighforward and honest and in a timely manner so I can correct something before it goes on too long. I get frustrated when an issue arises that I could have fixed earlier if I had known about it.

    -I work best when I can do something on my own first and then talk through it once I already have an idea of what's going on. I sometimes struggle with co-creating materials without spending time working independently first
