         <description><![CDATA[<div>Conferencing can be a valuable relationship-building tool for teachers.&nbsp; Conferencing also allows teachers to explore what students understand and what support they need. They can use this helpful information to drive instruction. &nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>When teachers conference with students, it shows them that their teacher cares about them enough to spend time with them. &nbsp; Conferencing can help the teacher understand their student's needs better and can improve students' self-efficacy.&nbsp; When students feel better about themselves and feel understood, they'll be less likely to act out. &nbsp; Ultimately, conferencing can improve classroom culture.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
