Ethical living is when every member of a certain community can live peacefully without any doubts about what they are doing. To live ethically you shouldn't get yourself involved in serious unethical actions such as killing, doing drugs, etc. For a society to live ethically they must put behind all prejudice and ill will for one another and should all be kind. Living ethically also means that decisions should be a will of all people instead of one, and issues such as corruption and greediness shouldn't exist to fog the others. Everyone should be like-minded and be at peace with themselves and be ethical in one's actions. Ethical living also includes doing what you can love and be happy with doing at the end of the day. Nothing should stop people from living ethically

Another thing could be good morals and not bad ones. Ethical living is a way of life that has good morals and is very ethical meaning you have done nothing bad and you are completely resting on your morals.

The society should also educate their people on what ethical living is and how to achieve it. Ethical living is being able to lead a life without harming other people or yourself.

It is necessary for a society to foster ethical living because ethical living helps sustain us. Ethical living is when people make the right decisions about life. Instead of wasting their life, and doing pointless things, it is a way to help our planet grow stronger and to help us. Ethical living can help people, especially right now, who struggle to do the right thing, make the right choices, and live a happier life with a healthier lifestyle.

For a society to have ethical living, there must be a system in place for some people to hold power; in one way or another there should be a leader(s) who makes the vital decisions. Ethical living is the ability to live a life while at the same time showing compassion, loyalty, honesty, etc. Ethical living takes a lot of time and not everyone may be able to adjust to it.

There are many things that are necessary for ethical living, some being essentials, like food, water, shelter, and a form of government. However there are some that the brain needs to survive and keep active. Some being that you need a religion, the human brain needs answers for things so religions that we believe in answer most of those questions. And we also need a form of entertainment. Entertainment keeps life fun and active, if you just go to work and work 9-5, then eat dinner and sleep every day, then you are not having fun and your brain roots. So we need some form of entertainment so that we can look forward to things, and get exited. And lastly you need an economy, you need something to work for, most of the time its money in which you can buy new things with it, or its some type of a reward. You need a purpose to do all the work that you have to do to function in a society.

-Brendan Hitchcock

In order to foster ethical living there needs to be a standards set and rules for societies to have. There needs to be a structure of order to prevent utter chaos from happening within a community. "Ethical living" may not entitle the exact same things, so it is hard to gauge exactly what it is on a global spectrum. Ethical living, in my terms, is to be a civilized person, who is a law-abiding and well educated individual.

It's good to foster an ethical approach to living because it's important to have morals, etc. Ethical living is basically having morals, giving people rights, being kind to them, thinking rationally about negative situations (I don't know, I'm just creating a rough estimation based off of the word "ethics"). It's good to have an ethical society in the first place because then, no one is treated unfairly, and society would be better off than a lot of societies today.

I think it is necessary for a society to have terms for leadership, taxes, and wealth caps. Liveable Minimum wage is also necessary. There needs to be government chartites established that actually work. There also needs to be things like free healthcare and equal rights. College is something that need to be an achievable thing no matter what wealth you were/were not born into. I think that ethical living is where people have the ability to live comfortably(not having to worry about starving or being homeless) even if they are in a lower class. If people have the ability to live comfortably without stealing or committing crimes, the crime rate would go down, so a good minimum wage is necessary.

To me ethical living is having done something and no matter what it is feeling that your able to justify it in front of other people. But this general meaning gives misunderstandings... this thing that you've done should be able to be justified with confidence to masses, not include harming or killing others (mentally or physically). I think everyone has a right whether it be to what they say or do that needs to respected.
Most importantly I think that it needs to follow the bible's word. (Mostly because I'm a witness), but I think that when you try to follow the guidelines of the bible you can't go wrong and you have a reassurance by your side.

How to foster living ethically. I think it's not hard to know if your living good, great, or badly by following your ethical standards. If your living badly and everything always feels like your doing something wrong you need to reexamine your highground.

-Bailee (But maybe I got the point of the question wrong)

Several things are necessary for a society to foster ethical living, including reasonable decision making. To foster ethical living, the society needs to be built upon things that the majority agrees on, while still maintaining the efficient and smart core of these things. Using practicality to decide these things is a simple way to put it. Ethical living is living in a moreso traditional and effective living style. Sort of how someone living ethically can make the most reasonable choices and have it be agreed upon by others. :) Also, being aware of the key foundations that built a society in the first place, such as government, religion, economics, and etc. Ethical living is living sort of on a blueprint or guide to have the most sufficient life that is sort of just made the most of.

A society must set the standard for right and wrong to foster ethical living, and take into account what is morally righteous and what contributes to society. Then they must enforce those ethics onto the people as it depends on them to apply those ethics to daily life and to actually foster ethical living.

As business people, they know when to party and they know when it's time for business. Ethical living could be doing everyday things but that has a purpose. Like recycling or becoming vegan for a day. These things benefit you and the people around you. Being vegan can save animals and recycling can stop trashing places and plastic pollution. Plastic pollution damages animals like a snake getting stuck inside a water bottle...

Ethical living is a way of living that plays into your morals and values which affect the decisions that you choose to make. The society that you're living in should be able to make sure you can make these decisions with no problem and nothing stopping you.To foster ethical living is just having a good community to begin with. People believe that recycling is necessary and helpful, it's apart of their values and what they believe should be done. That's why it's important to have recycling bins as an option. Even if you don't use them, there is someone who does and it helps to know they have the option available to them. For a society to foster ethical living is just them being able to support other peoples values and making it easy for people to make decisions that make them happy and satisfy them morally.
