This podcast consist of an interview that we made to an alleged Dr.In this we ask things about the emphysema, from the most basic as symptoms, factors that cause, causes, consequences,to the most complex as the statistics and facts. In these we add some sound effects, background music,music break and more.

Thats why this interview was very interesting, because not only we learn about the disease, but also about computational things.

1. In the first one we give examples of the symptoms that occurs in emphysema in order to know them and be aware so if someone has this one of those, consult a doctor.

2.The second add talk about the preventions, like don't smoke, as for vaccinations, and be apart to harmful chemicals. All of these should minimize the risk from suffer the disease.

3.Finally we though that is important to give statistic and facts, so the one that listen the add learn interesting and curios facts. For example that is the 4th common cause of death in the United State.

Our reflection would be that there are a lot of information

With these we learn that he need to be aware of this serious disease, because although we though that if we doesn't smoke nothing is gonna happen to us, it is wrong. So we need to sensitize people to be informed.

In the digital part, we use programs like gimp to make the infographic, gimp to edit pictures, garage band to record the interview and the radio campaign and the paddle to put all together. I really liked having the opportunity to use these programs because although it is a research, it takes a lot of technology for the result to be the expected.

Finally in my opinion, i really like to work with my teammates because they are very organized, good persons and students. Although we are very friends, at the time of working every one works and make the part they need to do. I wish that in other semestres we do projects like that because no matter how difficult it is, if not the knowledge acquired.

Talking about the skills, in digital expression class we learn a lot of skills and programs  that help us elaborate this project like gimp that help us make the infographic, garage band it helpus create the podcasts, and the radio ads, in which we learnto use different effects to edit sounds and music. It was fun.

About my team, I really enjoy working with my teammates since everyone is really responsible and always do the part they where assigned to do and always want to work for a hundred. We put a lot of effort into this project, we hope for a good great.I really enjoy doing the projectbecause besides the stress we really had a good time.

In Digital Design I have learnt to edit images and create info graphics via programs like gimp. These types of programs help you to create whatever you like from a magazine cover to an ad. I have also learnt how to create and edit music through garage band. This is an application that helps you create you own ad, podcast, song, etc. this has helped me to think outside the box and to express your ideas and thought through different types of media that can be attractive and may catch the attention of others.

In conclusion, I have learnt so much this semester in both classes. Each has helped me to grow and mature in a certain way. I have opened myself to new ideas and I couldn’t of have had achieved it without the help of my teammates who are now very close friends. We have all expressed our ideas and together have created many amazing projects. We were all listened to and encouraged ourselves to learn more about the topics we were assigned. It has been a great experience working with these girls.

In my opinion about my teammates, i really enjoy work with them because they work for a 100, are very responsable and good friends. We always put a lot effort and dedication. I hope  you like our project. 

In these case we make our stop motion video of the respiratory system naming the parts of its structure and its function, and the most common diseases in the respiratory system. We make our video in a whiteboard, we use markers, letters, photos and cigarettes.

We really enjoy making these part of the project because it is a different way of making a creative and fun video. In our opinion you must spend a lot of time to the video and patience.

In our interview with the Dr. Elias Suvalsky. We asked some questions about Emphysema. We asked about what causes it, how it affects the patient, symptoms, treatment options, new techniques to prevent it, etcetera. We were satisfied with the answers that the doctor said. We shoot the interview in different angles to have for it to look more professional.

In conclusion, we really enjoy the interview with the doctor Elias, it was very fun and we learn a lot of different things about emphysema that we did not know.

In our AD, we want to persuade an inhaler that can help you breathe if you have an breathing disorder like emphysema. 

in our opinion making an AD is a very interesting way of marketing a product that can help people. We like to film the AD and we have a lot of fun.
