         <description><![CDATA[<div>Firstly, from the cartoon one can infer that the man standing is George bush junior and he is clearly in power over Saddam Hussein( Iraq).&nbsp;<br>the fact that Saddam is a dog could show that he is not as powerful as America hence the reason why America is a man and Saddam is a dog.<br>even though Saddam is clearly cooperating George&nbsp;</div><div>bush is only using that as an excuse to want to invade Iraq.<br><strong>One could infer that it is a military due to the baseball&nbsp;being used on Saddam Hussein.</strong></div>]]></description>
