Canela (Q.b) (poderá ser raspa de limão ou raspa de laranja...)

PREPARAÇÃO 

Pre-aqueça o forno a 180ºC.Numa taça, esmagar uma banana.
Junte o côco e a canela( em vez de ser canela poderá ser raspa de limão, raspa de laranja...). Mexer bem até obter uma consistência homogénea. Fazer pequenas bolas e colocar num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal.Antes de colocar no forno achatamos a bolas de massa com a mão ou com a ajuda de um garfo.Leve ao forno cerca de 15/20 minutos ou até estarem douradas.

Acompanhamos com um sumo natural de Laranja.

Tudo bem misturado(triturado) no liquidificador (ou robot de cozinha) 
250 g de farinha (como sou intolerante ao gluten substituo por 150g de farinha de milho +100 g de polvilho ou de amido) e 1 colher de fermento. Envolve-se sem bater. 
Vai ao forno cerca de 40 minutos em forma untada.

Chocolate para enfeitar (quanto mais % cacau, mais saudável)

Modo de preparo

Em uma tigela grande, amassa a banana. Junta a aveia e misture bem. Acrescenta o ovo e, quando a mistura estiver homogénea, junta o fermento. 

Com auxílio de uma colher de sopa, despeja a massa sobre o tabuleiro forrado, formando pequenos círculos. Enfeita com pedaços de chocolate.

Peça a um adulto que leve ao forno (aquecemos o forno a 180°) e deixa assar por aproximadamente 15 minutos.

Ingredientes 
1 ovo
3 colheres de iogurte natural
2 colheres de flocos finos de aveia
1 colher bem cheia de cacau em pó
1 colher rasa de chocolate em pó
1 colher (café) de fermento
1 colher (café) de açúcar demerara (opcional)
Preparação
Em uma vasilha, com a ajuda de um fouet, misture todos os ingredientes, com exceção do fermento, começando pelo ovo e iogurte.

Por fim, incorpore o fermento, misturando levemente.

Unte uma vasilha com óleo de coco e despeje a mistura (pode ser até em uma caneca tipo para caldo. Tem que ser fundinha, pois o bolo cresce)

Leve ao micro-ondas por cerca de 2 minutos, em potência alta.

Pare na metade do tempo para conferir.

Se necessário mais tempo, vá colocando aos poucos para o bolo não ficar seco.

Ingredientes 
1 iogurte grego aos pedaços
1 iogurte natural 
1 banana 
5 bolachas Maria

Preparação
Em 1 recipiente misture o iogurte natural e o grego, reserve. Corte a banana em rodelas, parta as bolachas em pedaços pequenos.

Num copo coloque uma camada do iogurte, da banana, e da bolacha, vá intercalando as camadas, leve ao frigorífico e sirva gelado.
