On the volleyball court, I had been new to passing. I had to observe the best passers in my gym then jump right in and manipulate my platform to pass the ball to the setter. It took many tries to figure out which angles work best depending on where I am on the court, but it was fun to see my progress after what felt like 1,000 tries. 
EXECUTION:
This kind of learning was executed properly by myself and my coaches because they let me observe my teammates then attempt to replicate a good pass without fear of failure. 
EXPERIENCE:
When teaching my puppy to perform the trick of playing dead, we had to have him watch our older dog perform the trick first. We said the command and she would execute the trick and receive a treat. After watching her, he was ready to try without fear of being given up on. He got treats when he tried and eventually after a few days he got it down!
EXECUTION:
This was executed properly because my puppy was not punished when he did not do the trick right away. I was in a chemistry class and we learned about what elements make up certain molecules. We had to physically build these models making it constructive and fun!
EXECUTION: This was executed well because the knowledge was shared but then the class had to work with their hands to construct a model of the information taught.
EXPERIENCE: 
In English class we were asked to reflect on what we learned in the chapter after the lecture in breakout groups. We were told to compare what we found to be important information.
EXECUTION:
This was executed properly because there was a reflection component, not making this completely COOPERATIVE learning. We had to construct ideas that we thought were of upmost importance regarding what we had just learned.

While working with one of my kids at a local elementary school, we had to make the child a reading chart to see how many books they could read in a week. 
EXECUTION:
This was effective because the child wanted to work for the goal that they chose for themselves. It was self-driven, the teacher and I were only moderators.
EXPERIENCE:
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are focused on regulating the behaviors of their clients. Shadowing a BCBA I saw that in order for the BCBA to learn why a child reacts a certain way to specific stimuli, they had to go through trial and error and meet small goals before answering their big question.
EXECUTION:

Volleyball is a game of physics. In order to learn physics properly in a class of mine, I was asked to translate the arc of the ball at practice into a physics equation.
EXECUTION:
This was effective because the class took something I love outside of class and made it meaningful. It was something I wanted to apply to my game, so I focused extra hard to learn the equation.
EXPERIENCE:
Learning to watch my brother's football games was also comparable to volleyball. My brother was able to sit down with me and compare the quarterback to the setter and the wide receiver to the outside hitter.
EXECUTION:

This was executed well because we were allowed to bounce ideas off of each other and speak and listen! 
EXPERIENCE:
In a science lab, I had to work with my lab partner to figure out why a piece of glass burned a certain way.
EXECUTION:
