This task was about doing a cooking receipe. We have spent one class to start doing it. During this class the teacher put music, I felt really comfortable because I was getting relax while I was concentrated in the drawing task as well as in the music.
By the end of the class I have had the drawing like that:

In this task we were proposed to be the main character of a tale or story. We had to create an image that dealt with a topic that catch our attention due to its relevance.
In my case I chose the 'Lion King'.
I changed the headline to 'The apple king' due to the technological brand known 'Apple'. I am criticising the exploitation of the coltan mine, but with a contradiction, I am with a smartphone that is fabricated with the same material.

Both teachers of visual and musical education proposed us to present a video about the primary colours.
This video is the result of a lot of hours of work. First of all, we need time to gather and think about possible ideas as well as for the obtainment of the materials. Also, we need a lot of time to do previous tests and to record the final video. Moreover, we had to edit the video and include a suitable music.

In my case I wanted to demonstrate that fruit shapes could suggest us a lot of different ones, without mattering the topic what they would be about.

ACLARATION: There is no way to rotate the image, it is too big to put it horizontal.

This task entailed three subtasks.
The first step was to copy an abstract work. I admire Miró, so I decided to choose one of his masterpieces. It is known as Illustrated Poems-Parler Seul.
The second one was to cut all the shapes of the compositions and tidy them up.
Finally, we had to create our own absstract composition with the shapes we have tidied up.

For me, it was difficult to do all the steps but I realised how relaxing painting could be and that abstract art is not so simple. I like to have this chance to learn something new.

This lesson was focused on how we can do a class about art with our students. This class should be dynamic, in which they would be engaged even though not having experienced ideas about art and the proposed masterpieces.
When this proposal was exposed I thought that it would be not effective because I see it as a utopia. Nevertheless, we were asked to do a class with this methodology, the Visual Thinking Strategy and I was surprised. Everybody started participating without the fear of being wrong. I like it a lot! Very recommendable!

When I knew that we had to do Visual education this second year of the degree I was very worried.
My concern comes from the fact that I am not used to draw and I consider that I am not really good at it.
(I have just realised that I had learnt the essential point of the subject. When I started writing my concern I explained that I did not know to draw, but I immediately correct it.) <del>--></del> WE ARE NOT USED TO DRAW AND THAT IS WHY THE PRACTISE IS LOST. AS WE DO NOT PRACTISE IT WE ARE INSECURE THE TIMES WE ARE ASKED FOR DRAWING SOMETHING. 'I DO NOT KNOW DRAWING' IS THE SENTENCE THAT WE USE AS A JACK OF ALL TRADES. This is enhanced by the few importance that education gives to the graphic representative capacity. Along the life we stop drawing because we are not aware of the importance that it has and its benefits.
So, I had not good expectations of the subject. I generalised the concepts of visual education to 'drawings'. Thanks to this subject we have had the chance to know all the scopes that visual education involves in order to have a general idea. My expectations were surpassed.

I ENJOY DOING THIS SUBJECT, THANKS FOR GIVING US THE OPPORTUNITY.

TEACHERS SHOULD BE EDUCATED IN ORDER TO EDUCATE WITHOUT FEAR AND PREJUDICES.

We had the chance to meet an important man of the field of art. Arno Stern had contributed to the change of the conception of art.

With him both positive and negative judgments are not allowed. Everybody is free to do whatever it makes oneself happy.

'The art of painting is to produce a work that is going to be observed by others. Therefore, the work of art serves to communicate, to transmit something: there are a sender and receivers. Here it is not like that, a game consists of living an adventure and there is never a product. It is the difference between play and productive work.' Arno Stern.
