We also spoke about a 60/40 split on the tickets in favour to us instead of hiring out the venue. As the venue is a Prs registered venue already they will subsides the money for us. As we are friendly with the company and venue they didn't charge us for security or a sound engineer they will give it to us for free as in kind support. We then sent a message to all acts asking if there was any equipment they needed along with double checking we could still use some of the equipment. The only equipment we both 100% needed to bring was a microphone each incase of any emergency's and a full sized keyboard for one performance and then spare leads. We spoke about colour themes for our posters and what sort of poster we were going for. This week I also sent out a final message to performers asking if they had any special lighting that they wanted. Me and Hannah also decided to message people privately inviting them as sometimes it is nicer to be asked if you want to cone to a gig rather than seeing a poster being unsure weather to go. This time worked perfectly as some of our acts where getting there for after the sound check but we already had their equipment so others could sound check for them which gave the acts enough time each to soundcheck everything they wanted. Thank you all for agreeing to play our gig, everyone in toms band please be there 4:45 latest so we can set up and start the sound check at 5. Everyone else please get there for 5 latest so we can go through a few songs. The running order will be Theo on first, then Arjun, Caitlin then a break after Caitlin then frankie and Danielle then toms band on last, everyone apart from Danielle and Tom will have a 20 minute slot! Danielle and toms band will have a 30 minute set. Please email me over any dates you want us to announce , if you have gigs here’s your time to say! 
Anyone who’s playing in a band please let me know what equipment you will need and everyone please send over what lights you want for each song so that the show can run smoothly! 

we will have people taking photos throughout the night so please let me know if you don’t want your photo taken! 

Tickets for students are £3 and we have a 20% all drinks for students so share around!! Anyone who’s not a student will pay £5 which is still pretty cheap so share around and hopefully we will get people down!

we need a guitar lead and his violin lead aswell as a microphone
Caitlin wants a little bit of reverb and only needs a guitar
Arjun doesn't want a lot of reverb compaired to the other acts he also only needed a guitar lead

Frankie had a 6 piece band and needed two mics swell as the bass being turned up and the guitar and keys she also had a saxophone player which we decided not to mic up due to the fact it was loud and you could hear it over her band and the venue itself is quite small

Danielle needed a keyboard and then also played with tom who played the guitar and then finished with a 6 piece band due to the fact Danielle got there towards the end we had to do line check for her throughout her performances
