The cause of increased risk if suicide in teen years is that teens aren't as good as making good decisions and teenage prefrontal cortex is a little immature\ undeveloped. The increased risk of suicide is also increased at this time because of the bad home lives| stress.

It is scary that there is an increase of suicide during teen years and that is because of the frontal lobes and prefrontal cortex. It could be caused by a bad home life and the design making of teens
