I'd like to learn more about ways to shift the mindset from these students are the ELD teacher's students to these are all our students, even from the beginning as Newcomers.

My role is ELD teacher. I also support other teachers in the building. I am here because I want to learn more about tier 1 instruction so that I can improve my instruction and also support general education teachers in their tier 1 practices.
