I have had a passion for beauty, cosmetics and fashion since I was about eleven years old. I was, and still am inspired by alternative fashion and makeup styles. 

I started practicing doing makeup on others during high school, always casually. I loved doing my own makeup as well as watching a lot of online beauty content. It always remained on my mind. 

I graduated high school and went into university during 2020. I always felt out of place and like I was going in the wrong direction- despite taking the path that people expected and encouraged me to take. 

I felt stuck in every aspect of life for a long time. Last year, by chance, I got a job as a beauty advisor and everything started falling into place in my mind and aspirations I had always repressed were finally seeing the light of day! The way I will achieve my smart goal is to accomplish these specific tasks over six months:
                          - continuously update my personal clientele book
                          - hold more events
                          - take as many makeovers as I can
                          - do more trainings
                          - pay attention in school and apply what I learn to my work

Measurable
I will be able to measure my success in meeting my goal by holding myself accountable for taking the nessecary steps I outlined above. another way I could measure is by checking my sales and comparing it over time, based on what I specific things I did over that period of time

Achievable
My goal is achievable since it is based on my own scale of success and growth. It is very achievable if I stick to the plan and commit to reaching my goal. I have specific criteria that I know is possible and I can accomplish it all!

Relevant
my goal is relevant to my life because it has to do with my career as well as my education, since I am lucky enough to have to two intersect and overlap. As a young, childless, woman my top priorities are work, school and enjoying life.

My SMART goal Is relevant to my over all life goals, because it relates directly to where I want to go career wise. I want to freelance and own my own business, with my own personally grown client base. 

Time-Based
my goal is short term, since it is only over a six month period and I have made sure that the plans I have, I alluded enough time for.
