         <title>Scientific Management Theory </title>

Taylor's theory had 4 main principles: 1) the manager must figure out the best way to efficiently perform each task. 2) the manager must also strategically match each worker to a task. 3) Use rewards and punishments in order to closely supervise workers. 4) Management's sole job is to plan each task, which, in turn, controls production. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Webster aimed for creating a successful division of labor and specialization. Webster also concluded that organizational behavior is simply human interactions, which could be  understood by looking at cause and effect. </div>]]></description>
