         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes, welcome back to UiTM and welcome new semester. On our very first class of EDU555 that will be teach by Sir Furkan and Sir Hisham.I am so excited about this class because of:<br>1) NO FINAL!!! I REPEAT! NO FINAL!<br>2) we're all gonna do our micro teaching<br>3) we're all gonna play 'cikgu-cikgu' in the class.<br>As usual, Sir started the very first class with briefing what's EDU555 all about, the objectives, learning outcomes and the scheme of work. On the first day of this class, i know that this subject will helping me to prepare myself to be a good teacher and i feel fire up! to learn this subject<br>The class is divided into two, two hours each on monday and tuesday.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On the first lecture, we learned about what is curriculum and instruction. We go deeper study their definition.<br>Curriculum refers to the plan and document. While instruction, refers to the methods of presenting or implementing the curriculum content or plan. Curriculum can be subdivided into 4; lesson plan, scheme of work, syllabus and curriculum as for the purpose of instruction. We'd also learned about lesson plan a bit.          <description><![CDATA[<div>We've been taught about teacher's role in curriculum development and Tyler's model as the models of the curriculum construction. Basically we had 4 models of curriculum construction  but in this chapter we only learn about the Tyler's model. Tyler's model is propose by Ralph Tyler during 1950. The model involves 4 stages; objectives, content, method and evaluation. The last part of this chapter is about qualities of an effective teacher that propose by Joan Dean, 2000.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Interaction model is been introduced. Or other name for interaction model is dynamic model. We study about the strength and weaknesses of this model. Next model is Taba's model. There are 7 steps in Taba's model. The last model is contemporary model. This contemporary model is consists of 5 steps. On the other class, we've been discussing about the learning outcomes. Which one need to select and is it enough due to the time presenting. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this week, we had learned about the curriculum evaluation. We studied about the definition, types and so the evaluation in the curriculum development. CIPP model is introduced for evaluation. There are 4 types of evaluation in the framework model in curriculum evaluation. The 4 types are context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation. Then, we learned the chapter 5 also as the chapter 4 finished earlier. Another 1 week ahead before the micro teaching session begin and lots of us having trouble with the set induction. We do not know how to be compact but meaningful. So sir shown us the example of the set induction.</div>]]></description>
