My reasoning for the specific lighting adjustments used are shown here as well as in the original Entry Document

Top Centre Light: Meant to represent some sort of light coming from a police helicopter or drone.
Side Lights: These represent the flashlights of police officers as they surround the “suspects”, who are the main focus of this scenario.
Front Centre Light: This light is meant to be the headlights of a police cruiser in the background. I put this light as pretty dim compared to the others, as the cruiser would have to be pretty far in the distance for the officers to have to approach on foot.
