Con: Organic food isn’t always more nutritious, and it’s tends to be more expensive for people who make less money.

Antibiotic-Free

Pro: Avoiding antibiotics might help prevent antibiotic resistance in humans.

Con: All meat that is sold in the U.S. has to be antibiotic-free before it reaches the stores so the label could be misleading to people.

Grass-fed

Pro: Grass-fed animals could have had better diets and living conditions, and their meat would be better.

Con: Grass-fed isn’t always strictly regulated and doesn’t guarantee that they experienced good treatment.

Non-GMO
