I really like Kawasaki's conference because he makes it really dynamic and makes the listener put attention on what he is saying with his humor and examples. I totally share the following statement which he said on the video: "the great innovation occurs when you don't limit yourself and you think to the next curve..."
Most of times, we are only the ones who put the limits to innovation, thinking about too much rational ideas, concepts or solutions. We have to let 100 flowers blossom as Kawasaki says because maybe, from a crazy idea we can find a revolutionary better one.

Kawasaki's conference is brilliant as he explains in a clear way which are the key factors to success when we innovate. I would also say that this conference is very related to entrepeneurship. We could also consider innovation in companies as intra-entrepeunership processes, so maybe are quite similar things.
I think that the most complex part to make it happen is the one according to jump to the next curve, this one is the hardest part as we do not know which is going to be that curve, it is something that will occur in future but we do not know what it really is. So, I think that companies should be thinking about possible jumps and make efforts in detecting which could be the new paradigms of the business in future.
