It has been a wonderful and memorable summer having you there. We've had the chance to work closely on the Rating Toolings project to build the visualisations for ratings and detect potentially fraudulent patterns. Throughout the project, you have always been very dedicated and responsible, even though we are having a complex migration ongoing with rating system and it adds a lot complexity to the project, you are not afraid of the challenges and just dive into the tricky areas, ask clarifying questions, and figure things out quite independently. You have very strong problem-solving skills, and you know how to make effective use of AI tools to unblock yourself, it is impressive that you got onboarded with the new techs that quick, you have very strong self-learning ability!

Another thing worth to mention that you identified that there is a key performance bottleneck when large datasets slowed down graph loading, and you discovered the way to solve it and significantly improved Tableau loading speed — a great example of system thinking and problem solving! Keep up that good work!

Besides that, I think you did a really good job in presentation prep — from brainstorming sessions to the final demo, your figma and slides were very well prepared, and your presentation and communication skills are also strong.

Beyond your technical skills, your positive, passionate and playful energy makes it such a joy to work with you. You have brought a lot great vibes to the team, and you always cheerful, open-minded and eager to connect with others. I am so happy we spent time together during core week and shared many great moments in the Stockholm office :)

As you are heading back to continue your studies, I just want to say — BEST OF LUCK in everything ahead, whether it's further research, a PhD, or finding the dream job ;) You have so much potential and I am certain that any team will be lucky to have you as a teammate. Thank you again for your amazing contributions this summer. We'll for sure miss you! ❤️

there is a very fine line between knowing when to ask for help and becoming dependant on help , and I think you managed it very well while there were a lot of new things to learn and navigate through during the short time you had for the project. you should be proud of your efforts and achievements 😊.

Also thanks for sharing your recommendations on good coffee shops in the city, I tried them during my vacations and it was goooood 😋.
