         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>The increasing lack of sleep has become a growing problem among college students, resulting in dropping GPA's and decreased concentration.&nbsp;</div><div>The causes:</div><div>The amount of school work</div><div>stress.&nbsp;</div><div>students often took to stimulants such as narcotics,&nbsp; alcohol, or caffeine. (The effects were only temporary).&nbsp;</div><div>To diminish the increasing sleepiness, academies have introduced campaigns and classes to rebalance the circadian rhythms of students.</div>]]></description>
